Your eggs have come from Castleshane Eggs, Co Monaghan. Castleshane Eggs was setup and is run by Trevor McBride. Trevor has been trading with Belview since he first setup in January 2013.  Trevor has a Hons Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering. He is currently looking into adding solar panels to the hen house so as to become more sustainable.

Trevor’s house is approved by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and is certified with Bord Bia under the Sustainable Egg Assurance Scheme.
